A package goes back to the sender when the carrier cannot complete the delivery. The usual reasons are:
- The address is incomplete or incorrect, for example a missing apartment number or a wrong ZIP code.
- The recipient has moved without setting up mail forwarding.
- The package was refused, or was not collected from the post office in time.
- An international package could not clear customs.
Please check the shipping address in your order confirmation email, then send us your order number.
If the address you gave was correct and complete, we will reship your order for free. If the address was incomplete or incorrect, or the package was refused or left unclaimed, it is not covered by our Refund and Return Policy, but please still contact us and we will tell you what we can do.
