Yes, free of charge, within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours your order enters production, and because your item is being made just for you, it can no longer be changed.
To change your order within the 12-hour window, submit a ticket or email support@litzzy.com as soon as you can and include:
- Your order number
- Exactly what you would like to change: shipping address, size, color, personalization text, or quantity
We will confirm the change by email. If your order is already in production, please still reach out and we will look for the best option we can offer.
