Tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package

We know how worrying this is. Most packages marked as delivered turn up within a day or two. Before you contact us, please:

• Look around your home: porch, mailbox, garage, side or back door, and any spot sheltered from the weather.
• Ask the people you live with, your neighbors, and your building’s front desk, leasing office, or mailroom.
• Check the carrier’s tracking page for a delivery photo or GPS location.
• Make sure the shipping address in your order confirmation email is complete and correct.

Wait 48 hours. Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a day before it actually arrives.

Still nothing? Call the carrier with your tracking number and ask for the exact GPS delivery location, then send us your order number and what the carrier told you. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with you. If the carrier delivered to an address different from the one on your order, we will reprint your item for free.
