Why is my order on hold waiting for design approval?

For some custom and photo products, our design team prepares a proof and emails it to you before printing, so you can check the names, photos, and layout. Production is paused until you reply.

If everything looks right, just reply “Approved” and we will start making your item. If you would like changes, tell us exactly what to adjust and we will send a new proof.

Expecting a proof but haven’t received it? Check your spam folder, then send us your order number and we will send it again.
