Usually not. Most codes cannot be combined with other codes, and checkout will tell you if a second code cannot be added. If you have several codes, use the one that saves you the most and keep the others for a future order (check their expiry dates).
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more is not a code. It appears automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
