Why isn’t my discount code working?

If your code is rejected or your total does not change, it is usually one of these:

• A typo. Copy and paste the code, with no spaces before or after it.
• Already used. Most codes work once per customer.
• Expired. Every promotion has an end date.
• Not eligible. Some codes only work on certain products, above a minimum order amount, or for the email address they were sent to.
• Another offer is already applied. Some codes cannot be combined with other codes or with automatic deals in your cart.
