Usually not. Packages are not scanned at every stop, and tracking can stay quiet for several days even while the package keeps moving. This is most common when:
- The package is traveling between sorting centers and has not been scanned yet.
- Carriers are busy during peak season, or the weather is causing delays.
- An international package is clearing customs or being handed to the local carrier.
If your tracking has not moved for more than 30 days, we will send a free reprint or give you a full refund, as explained in our Refund and Return Policy. Just send us your order number.
